Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till next year now. (15mins)

A shorter day, due to a full on weekend (without work!)
Saturday I ended up getting out for a bike ride - in the beautiful sunshine. Which was great. The idea was to ride until I felt tired, sit and listen to a podcast, then ride on or back, depending on how I felt. So I rode in towards the city - took a couple of wrong turns (only short, as I quickly worked out that I wasn't where I meant to be) - and stopped at the end of the section that runs along beside the freeway - as I knew that going DOWN that part of the path meant that I would have to come back UP it! Had about 20mins off, then turned around and came back. Pretty happy that I turned back, as I was actually pretty stuffed by the time I got home. Worked out later that I'd ridden about twice as far as I've ridden at any point over the last couple of months - so pretty pleased with that. :-)
Then yesterday we ran a sag wagon for the Around the Bay in a Day ride. Left home at about 9.45am to get to depot at Sunshine, got back there and got the van unpacked and everything about 8pm... rang friends, who had gone home by then as it was cold and damp - so headed home. A long day - but satisfying!

Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now and went for a ride each of the last five weekends except this one) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till next year now. (15mins)

Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now and went for a ride yesterday) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till later this year either. (10mins)

How to derail a day... We went to the welcome home celebration for our Olympic athletes at Federation Square. Absolutely wonderful to be there, but we couldn't help noticing that the crowd was much smaller than the turn out for Cadel Evans' welcome after he won the Tour de France... And including travel time, it ate up most of the working day - but it was great for us to meet up in town and wander around for a while together... Dave got a haircut that doesn't make him look like a thug, which was great - and we deposited both cheques that have been sitting around for a while - so not a total loss!

Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits, but have a closer gym membership now) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till later this year either. (5mins)

Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 77 visits - so better, 64 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 35% search, 27% direct and 38% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.78 pages per visit, 1:06 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. 4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for May 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (I am falling back into my old bad habits...) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met till June 2012 either. (10mins)
