3. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 2 posts today. (45mins)
4. Still one question about the proposed new platform for CRM, but got a lot of the first form's layout done today. Of course, this has led to another question - which I've asked the experts... Why is nothing ever simple? (5hrs 45mins)
