1. Trying to finalise the last couple of issues to determine that the proposed new platform for CRM is viable - still a question or two... bit more of the navigation processes sorted out, though. (4hrs)
2. Invoicing - sent the one that I didn't have an email address for earlier. (5mins)
3. Work on MS Access database for client - gone back to Excel spreadsheet to setup values. I have to let the client know that the survey needs to change for next time - it will then be easier all around. (2hrs 50mins)
4. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
