1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (5mins)
3. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (1hr 30mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 60 visits which is still lower than I like - although they were picking up again towards the end of the month, 41 new visits which is good, 22% search, 23% direct and 55% referral traffic. (10mins)
5. Invoicing - one paid, 2 new ones sent out. :-) (40mins)
6. Accounting. (25mins)
7. Website upgrade for new customer. (1hr 30mins)
8. NEIS quarterly reporting. Unfortunately, not nearly as much technical support work has been done as was originally planned - BUT we haven't spent as much on the business as we thought we'd do either. (2hrs)
9. Check details on costs of website hosting. (25mins)
