1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (5mins)
3. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 75 visits which is getting better, 44 new visits which is good, 16% search, 28% direct and 56% referral traffic, so search is still bad, but we can't MAKE people search for CRM. 2.84 pages perd visit, which is good - haven't been tracking this. 2:45 average time on site is also good - both these last figures mean that people generally actually read the information that's on the website if they get here, which is important! (5mins)
4. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 2 posts today. (1hr)
5. Accounting. (10mins)
6. Insurance. (40mins)
7. Record business emails. (55mins)
8. Reading latest information on product. (2hrs 15mins)
9. Further discussion on issue for new customer re payments already made to other companies. (10mins)
