3. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 75 visits which is getting better, 44 new visits which is good, 16% search, 28% direct and 56% referral traffic, so search is still bad, but we can't MAKE people search for CRM. 2.84 pages perd visit, which is good - haven't been tracking this. 2:45 average time on site is also good - both these last figures mean that people generally actually read the information that's on the website if they get here, which is important! (5mins)

Today's work on/in the business - Thurs 1 Apr

3. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for March 2010. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (again). Unfortunately, the requirement to rewrite the CRM software has really hit the whole process for 6 - along with needing to write the new 'quick' software solution - and now a sidetrack into a whole new area - the Plone website work. (15mins)
4. Accounting and bank reconciliation for March. This took longer than usual, but I've reconciled everything possible now in the accounting system, so it should be much quicker next month. (1hr 25mins)
5. Respond to customer email. (5mins)
