35mins to travel to Centrelink from TAFE, hand our forms in and get home - the queue seemed quite long when we got there, but they were actually processing people fairly quickly.
Then 10mins to ring Centrelink when I worked out that we'd probably understated Dave's hours for the fortnight by a day - for once, I got through on the first try and the call was processed quite easily.
All in all, a good day for Centrelink interactions.
