1. Final day of the three day Business Profit/Cashflow improvement seminar. (11hrs)
Well, it's finished - but the changes and work it's prompting has only just started...
I was sceptical about this initially, and it may be that not all of the suggestions can be implemented in our business, but it was definitely worth my time to attend. Now to put some stuff into practice immediately, then I reckon rereading all the notes in a week or two would be really useful - that's long enough for my subconscious to have processed a lot of the information, so time to go through the suggestions again to get more out of them.
A tough three days - LOTS of information - but worth it. Thanks, Aaron!
