4. Start creating flyer for Virtual Assistant service - can't find a stock photo I like on the web. (2hrs 55mins)
5. Sent proposed testimonial to customer. (5mins)
6. Continuing setup of test system to allow refinement of proposal for new customer - turned out we installed the wrong version of one of the pieces of software required - need to download or find the right version. (40mins)
7. Reading on processes required. (35mins)
8. Add logo to test website for existing support customer and send email to advise him of location. (10mins)
9. Website upgrade for new customer. (3hrs 15mins)
