3. Invoice reconciliation - 1 reminder sent. (10mins)
4. Accounting. (45mins)
5. Email re test website for existing support customer - initial layout done, ask him to advise whether this is as required, request for product information to add. (10mins)
6. NEIS quarterly reporting. Unfortunately, not nearly as much technical support work has been done as was originally planned - and the CRM is not happening - and the Virtual Assistant service has only just been launched - BUT we haven't spent as much on the business as we thought we'd do either. (35mins)
7. Investigate project/contract work. (20mins)
8. Investigate remote access software - what is most suitable? (55mins)
Afternoon was taken up with personal stuff - but this will be made up for over the weekend.
