2. Invoicing. Nothing paid, 3 sent out. (1hr 10mins)
3. Accounting. (10mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 113 visits so still sliding lower, 70 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 33% search, 33% direct and 33% referral traffic - search is staying up, keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1 visit from Panama, 1.95 pages per visit, 1:44 average time on site is reasonable - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it and they are staying reasonably consistent. (5mins)
5. Review business consulting entries in Yellow Pages with a view to sending introductory email and brochure for Perfect Notes Virtual Assistant information. 2 sent. (55mins)
6. Changes to notifications sent to website upgrade customer - trying to determine why two copies are being sent. (2hrs)
7. Reading through small business magazines to catch up. (10mins)
8. Preparation work for e-card customer. (35mins)
9. Record business emails. (1hr 25mins)
10. Investigate requirements and provide estimates to possible new customer re creating the basis of his website. (50mins)
11. Change website to give customers larger amounts free when they buy in bulk. (5mins)
12. Amend costings for participation in Bendigo network. (5mins)

And then out for a lovely evening with friends and music!
