1. Update my record of time worked. (10mins)
2. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (20mins)
3. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for March 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although even that was better) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too. (10mins)
4. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and move software projects out two weeks. (10mins)
5. Test software and ensure I can connect to the required systems for work for new associate. (40mins)
6. Networking - follow up on posts and queries - 3 posts today. (1hr 20mins)
7. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 76 visits - so about the same, 56 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors, 38% search, 16% direct and 46% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 2.29 pages per visit, 1:15 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
8. Record business cards. (40mins)
9. Download and run MalwareBytes to ensure my laptop is clean (was almost clean - now is actually clean). (2hrs)
10. Reading through small business blog posts - while MalwareBytes running. (2hrs)
11. Follow up on existing customers and prospects. (15mins)
12. Record business emails. (4hrs 10mins)
13. Download and sort business emails. (1hr 10mins)
