4. Accounting. (15mins)
5. Invoice reconciliation - 6 statements prepared, 2 invoices finalised, 2 invoices created. Send them tomorrow, as today is a public holiday. (1hr 5mins)
6. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for October 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). (5mins)
7. Research and assistance with setup for client's replacement server. (50mins)
8. Follow up to blog post for the Perfect Notes website - the latest round of spam/phishing emails. (10mins)
And I'm really happy with this - worked well under a half day on a public holiday!
