1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Working on process for new Events setup. (4hrs 45mins)
3. Review progress made last few weeks and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (1hr 10mins)
4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for December 2011. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been working onsite, the online networking KPI was not met - and probably won't be met in January 2012 either. (10mins)
