1. Update my record of time worked. (20mins)
2. Review progress made this week. (25mins)
3. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for December 2012. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed being my requirement to exercise (although I have been riding more and I'm now doing weights regularly) and we need to work on contacting new prospects too (still). Of course, as I've been trying to catch up after that finished, the online networking KPI was not met - and won't be met till next year now. (10mins)
4. Look at the statistics that Google Analytics gives you. 51 visits, 31 new visits - so a good mix of new and existing visitors - recent visits once the site was online again, 16% search, 55% direct and 29% referral traffic - keyword/site path information shows that current processes are working to bring people to the site, 1.63 pages per visit, 0:50 average time on site - these last figures show people actually look at the site once they find it. (5mins)
5. Work on new website changes requested. (1hr 40mins)
6. Read small business blogs. (35mins)
