5. Working on process for new Events setup - review events. (10mins)
6. Anti virus scan on my laptop, as this needs to be done regularly to be sure it is clean - fourth one run and reported clean. (7hrs 55mins)
7. Backup my mail locally. (5mins)
8. Assist with changing password for support customer. (50mins)
