1. Update my record of time worked. (15mins)
2. Assist with resurrection of our mail server - setting up the wireless connection. (1hr 40mins)
3. Review progress made this week and ensure the schedule is right for next week. (50mins)
4. Determine whether we met the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for July
2014. Thankfully, we met most of them - the obvious one that failed
being my requirement to exercise and
we need to work on contacting new
prospects too (still). Sadly, networking also lost out last month, although not as badly as in previous months.

5. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual
progress and added a week to software schedules. (5mins)
6. Backup my mail locally - more of the process carried out, but sick servers make it difficult. (4hrs)
