Today's work on/in the business - Mon 13 February

1. Update my record of time worked. (5mins)
2. Preparation and second session with student P - includes travel time, visit to VicRoads and abortive visit to bank, preparation for next session with student DD and calls and emails re new students (one of which ended up not going ahead, and the other of which is only a possibility as yet). (6hrs 55mins)
3. Review progress made last week and ensure the schedule is right for this week. (20mins)
4. Review the project schedules, adjusted all projects based on actual progress and added a week to software schedules. (5mins)
5. Backup mail locally. (5mins)
6. Review comments re customer's website - look at another for ideas and continue feature comparison spreadsheet. (5mins)
7. Investigate process for next version of software project for new customer - investigation for new process, particularly use of a proxy. (1hr 10mins)

Then off to a meeting to discuss the event we are involved in organising and running! Long day...
